As one of the largest owners and managers of commercial property in North America, Trizec Properties, Inc. a real estate investment trust, was looking to present newly defined objectives and strategic repositioning for the company using their annual report. JG3, awarded the task of communicating a smart and strategically advantageous concept through the traditional corporate communication device, developed a new look to their annual report. Using the classic game of chess, as a metaphor, JG3 illustrated the company's new direction using photographic and technical illustration with panoramic photography and clean design. A cross-country photographic assignment to collect new property images was part of the requirement of this project. The complete life cycle of this project was fulfilled by JG3 (concept, design, location photography, print production and press runs).
