Established in 2010, the openGOVsource Consortium was created to promote the sharing of IT planning, procurement and technology assets for state and local government health and human services agencies. JG3 tasked with creating a new brand identity, incorporated that new identity into corporate ID components and a website establishing their presence as an independent, vendor-neutral, non-profit organization.
